Eligibility

Arrow Game provides free browser-based games and related content for entertainment. Games may be hosted or embedded through third-party providers. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Site at any time without notice.

Limitation of liability

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE SITE WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM (TYPICALLY ZERO FOR FREE USE) OR (B) ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (USD $100).
